Enhanced Applicant Online Experience
Happening now: Improved Careers Website
The University of Rochester is enhancing its careers website. The upgrades bring new features for job searches along with an improved online applicant experience. It all begins Monday, December 16 with the go-live of myURHR, the University’s new Human Resources management system, which will be utilized by external and internal applicants.
- myURHR replaces HRMS where applicants currently search and apply for jobs.
- Applicants who apply for a position prior to December 16 in HRMS, WILL NOT need to reapply in myURHR.
- Applications submitted in either system will be accessible and reviewed by recruiters and/or hiring managers.
